More than 40 genuine freshwater pearls hand strung on a gold alice band.
Absolutely beautiful for bridesmaids and flower girls.
This alice band will fit most head sizes. I've worn them myself with no problem (I have quite a large head) and my little cousin has one as well which fits her nicely. As with any alice band there can be some pressure behind the ears but this can be fixed by moving the band back or using pins or you hair to cushion the posts.

Wire: delicate gold plated wire
