Paypall will automatically add this to your invoice when you check out. I will post your items within 2 working days of payment being received. However I normally post items on the day of purchase or the next morning so generally you will receive your order very quickly. As standard I post orders via Royal Mail Second Class post. I will upgrade your order to first class post at your request for 30p, simply add first class postage to your basket by clicking the link below. |
International PostageInternational postage is £4 however many items you order!
If you do not live in the UK I am happy to ship items to you by Airmail anywhere in the world (provided your country is served by Airmail). To request international postage add this to your basket before checking out. Airmail usually takes 5-7 working days to deliver.
International But Forgot to Add Extra Postage When You Paid For Your Order?No problem. Just follow this link to pay £3 and top up your postage to international postage. Don't worry, you're not paying anything above the normal international postage charge.

Returns
All my work is 100% guaranteed, firstly because I work hard on my pieces to make sure you get great quality so problems are very very rare, but also because (and my husband might fall off his chair in shock at this) I don't get it right every time. Never be afraid to contact me if something isn't right, I'll take it back and fix it for free or replace it, it's all part of the service.
It matters very much to me that my customers are happy. If you have any problem at all with your purchase contact me and I will do everything I can to sort it out for you. I will send you a replacement or refund if the product has arrived faulty or if the wrong item is sent to you. Although this is extremely unlikely, mistakes do happen.
If you change your mind for any reason at all and decide you do not want an item you have ordered, just let me know within a week of receiving the item then post it back and I will refund your money in full (for UK customers this even includes your postage), I ask only that you pay the return postage.
